ELECTRICITY RATES

Reliable, affordable power is a prerequisite to efficiency. The industry is in a state of flux as it adjusts to the market and regulatory environment. Traditionally, a Mid-Ohio Valley location has proven to be competitive.

A law enacted in 1999 restructured Ohio's electric industry by changing the way customers shop for Electricity. The Ohio Public Utility Commission established a 12% cap effective June 1, 2015 to ensure fair rates for all customers.
